Travel to China

China is a storehouse of archaeological and cultural treasures. There is so much to see and do in China that a visitor will ever be bored. Every city of China has much to offer the touirsts. The most significant cities are Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Xian, and others. Beijing, the capital city of China, is a home to various ethnic groups, races and tribes. The word "Beijing" itself means "Northern capital". While visiting the capital with children go to The Beijing Zoo, which is the largest in the country. It is famous for its collection of rare animals, the giant Pandas and the Golden Monkeys are especially attractive. Tibetan religion and culture is represented in Lama Temple of the Yong He Gong, located in Beijing, so it is worth visiting. The largest China's existing temple complex is The Temple of Heaven. The diamond of Chinese architecture is The Summer Palace with its old man-made Kunming Lake.

Hong Kong can boast having one of the highest population density of the world. This city is really unique, it consists of around 260 islands. Hong Kong is also called "The Pearl of the Orient", "The Gateway to the East" and so on. Spend good time in Hong Kong Ocean Park, which is ranked as one of the top theme parks and aquariums in Southeast Asia. Don’t loose the opportunity to visit the largest harbor in China and the third in the world - Victoria Bay. Another must-see in Hong Kong is its own Disneyland, full of entertainment both for children and adults. For those who prefer ancient things there is an excursion to Wong Tai Sin Temple – the best example of Chinese culture. The name Shanghai means "the sea". It is famous for The Grand mansions, being the symbol of splendor and fame of past years. The Oriental Pearl TV Tower of Shanghai attracts the visitors by the splendid views which are open from it. As for Xian, it is listed among one of Four Great Ancient Capitals of China. It suggests tourists a great deal of sights among which Ming Dynasty, Qin Shi Huang, Terracotta Army Stele Forest, Shaanxi History Museum, and Banpo Museum. It is practically impossible to explain the uniquness of China with words, so visit this country and explore its hidden beauty.
